Mary Beth Drobish, Founder
In 2005, Mary Beth decided to combine her passion for animals and her love of children in a unique way. What followed turned out to be the construction of a handicapped-accessible Chester County bank barn and the beginning of programs for children with disabilities. With the combination of a supportive and committed board of directors, a kind and talented staff, and a very special group of animals, The Barn at Spring Brook Farm has become her dream-come-true.

Ilana Krop Wilensik, Executive Director
Ilana Krop Wilensik came to The Barn as Executive Director after her passion for children and animals lured her from her previous position as Executive Director of another very successful non-profit. That passion, combined with her experience, our committed staff, dedicated board, generous volunteers, and, of course, the children and animals that make The Barn such a magical place, are the perfect elements that will allow The Barn to continue its strong growth and positive impact on the children and families that we serve.

Chris Guldin, Barn Manager
As barn manager, Chris oversees all aspects of barn management; animal care; and assists with activities. His kind and gentle manner make him a favorite with the animals and the children. Chris lives with his wife, Amy, two dogs, and four cats.

JoAnn Willison, Office Manager/Volunteer Coordinator
You may hear JoAnn's friendly voice if you call The Barn. She answers the phone, gives barn tours, coordinates volunteers, schedules field trips, and oversees all office related matters. A very busy and important member of our team.

Camille Piccone,  Program Coordinator
Camille works with parents and therapists to develop child specific animal-assisted activities for children who visit The Barn on a regular basis.   Camille is often accompanied by her therapy dog, Lincoln.

Matt Kinney,  Director of Program Development
Matt's main responsibility at The Barn is to develop programs for children on the autism spectrum as well as outcome-based reporting systems.  Matt's background as a behavior specialist puts him in a unique position to assist in other program areas as well. Matt can be found at The Barn on Mondays and Fridays overseeing child visits.
