Mary Beth Drobish, Founder
and Executive Director
In 2005, Mary Beth decided to combine her passion for animals
and her love of children in a unique way. What followed turned
out to be the construction of a handicapped-accessible Chester
County bank barn and the beginning of programs for children
with disabilities. With the combination of a supportive and
committed board of directors, a kind and talented staff, and
a very special group of animals, The Barn at Spring Brook
Farm has become her dream-come-true.
Kerry M. Thomas,
Manager
As manager, Kerry oversees all aspects of barn management;
animal care; and assists with program development and activities.
His kind and gentle manner, combined with cowboy hat and harmonica,
make him a favorite with the children.
JoAnn Williston,
Office Manager
You may hear JoAnn's friendly voice if you call The Barn. She
answers the phone, gives barn tours, coordinates volunteers,
schedules field trips, and oversees all office related
matters. A very busy and important member of our team.
Becky Baily,
Program Guide
Having grown up on her family’s dairy farm, Becky brings
a special expertise to The Barn. In addition to assisting
Kerry with barn operations, she conducts an educational program
related to dairy farming and often brings a cow for the children
to milk.
